Robert Scull began working with the City of Saline in 1998 as Assistant Superintendent of Water Production and Wastewater Treatment. In 2002, Robert advanced to the position of Superintendent of Water and Wastewater, and was later involved in the planning and construction of the city’s Water Treatment Facility in 2005 and the recent expansion of the city’s Wastewater Treatment Plant in 2007/08.
Robert has over 25 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, including 13 years at Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority. He attended Eastern Michigan University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography/Geology.
Robert holds the highest state certifications in both fields, (F-1, 2, 3, 4) in Water Treatment and (A, B, C, D) in Wastewater, as well has having certifications in Water Distribution. He has served as Staff Liaison to the Environmental Commission since 1998 and as the City Environmental Officer.
