Saline District Library
Saline District Library sits on 14.5 acres of wooded wetlands in the heart of Saline. The library serves the residents of the 100-square-mile Saline Public Schools district seven days a week. The 33,000 sq. ft. building was renovated and expanded in 2008, and re-opened to critical acclaim by area residents.
Saline District Libary's 95,000-item collection includes books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, books on CD, music and downloadable materials via the library's website.
Storytimes, teen and adult programs are offered throughout the year. The library's online events calendar lists all programs.
Also, the Friends of the Saline District Libary operate a used book store within the library building. They have frequent sales, which make their already affordable offerings even more attractive to reading enthusiasts.
Public access internet computers provide specialized databases, the library’s catalog and access to the web. For more information, visit www.salinelibrary.org.
